NTC also hosted a two-day “Strategic Planning Awareness” employee training program for Nesma Orbit. The company CEO met for the first time with 40 new employees to orient them to the company’s vision
and goals. The program also educated employees about strategic planning.

Nesma Training Center (NTC) hosted the Arab Center’s training titled “Speech and Language Disorders.” The June 5th workshop provided 70 parents with tips about how to deal with speech,language and hearing disorders, in addition to information about available treatments.

NTC hosted two training programs delivered by Landmark Co. The first, held May 19-21, targeted department managers, administrators and other executives interested in honing their leadership skills in alignment with Vision 2030. The 20 attendees also learned how their new skills can help them face and overcome challenges.

The following month, Landmark Co. facilitated “Samoo for Developing Women's Leadership Skills,” a three-day workshop designed to empower women with the necessary leadership skills to excel in their personal and professional lives, provide them with tools and strategies to enhance self-confidence, help them develop
leadership capabilities and achieve a healthy work-life balance while adapting to challenges and changes in the workplace.

Al-Fakhamah International School held a graduation ceremony at NTC to honor their outstanding graduates. The event was

attended by 100 mothers, 100 children and 20 staff and event coordinators.

The Nesma Training Center’s English for Employability women’s program, recently utilized a technique to help participants identify their dreams, distill them into tangible goals and share them publicly through a presentation in English. Students created “Vision Boards” a personalized collage designed to help them focus on desired future outcomes and the steps to achieve them.

Nesma Training Center hosted the Riyadh-based Ishraq Association offering its

four-day “Mental Abilities” program that provides group support and training for men and women of all ages who have been diagnosed with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder

(ADHD). The program aims to spread awareness about the impact of the disorder on

daily life. It also introduces participants to methods for developing their skills and dealing

with the challenges of ADHD.

Nesma Training Center congratulated the following Nesma employees who finished level two of the Business

English program:

Raed Hawsawi and Mustafa Kamal from Namma Marine International and Rawan Jamal & Muniba Anbar from Namat. All four have begun level three of the course.

NTC greated and awarded certificates of appreciation to employees of NTC, Nesma Real Estate and Nesma Catering to recognize each for their outstanding contributions and dedication to their work. Recipients were selected based on their outstanding performance in the areas of customer service, quality and productivity.

Certificates were also provided to Nesma Catering, NTC’s official service provider and to Nesma Real State which provides property management and mainyenance services for NTC.

Is a club that helps participants practice and enhance their communication, leadership and English public speaking skills.

Delivered by new NTC partner, Kai Company, which aimed at improving presentation skills and confidence in front of an audience. Approximately 100 participants wrote scenarios with role play, and learned screenwriting skills.

Is an international club. Their mission is “to provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.”

Nesma Training Center hosted Qaderoon Network, which cooperates with the Prince Majid Association and the Institute of Logistics to run a technical camp for people with disabilities.

to launch the first specialized training program in the field of "Air Cargo Operations targeting" the Young Saudi’s for Saudia Cargo under the supervision of The (Sabre), programs are Fleet Manager, Profit Manager Training, Slot Manager Training and Network Manager Training.

Nesma and NTC launched a workshop on " Developing Innovative Leaders for the Digital Age ".  It developed the Nesma employees' digital mindset to become more agile professionals at work. Design thinking methods were practiced to identify and solve problems.
